Hi all!

I have Windows xp home edition on my machine. How do I add tasks to the task
scheduler through the console (i.e. without using the GUI applet)? Because
xp home does not appear to have the console utility (schtasks.exe) for
adding tasks like xp professional does.

Basically the thing is I have this script that adds tasks using the
'schtasks.exe' file. It works fine on xp pro... but can't work with xp home.

What do you think are my options here.

Thank you for your time...
Cheers

Thanks Steve

Copying the file to xp home seems to have worked... I'll take a look at AT
command as well.

Thanks

Cool. Thanks for reporting back that it works so that now I know for sure.

Steve
