I manage the network for my company and recently I got an
RPC error and I couldn't close the user manager. I
rebooted and that problem is fixed. Although my main
problem now is I can't get tasks to automate. They all
fail to start, in other words under Scheduled tasks, for
status it says could not start. I am logged in as
Administrator, so I shouldn't have any restrictions.
Furthermore, there is no error log that I know of being
generated due to this failure to start.
Also, I had a couple of other backup programs installed.
So, I uninstalled them, including Ultrabac 7.0,Veritas
Backup-exec, ect., all trial versions of course. So now I
am just wondering where I go from here. Any suggestions
would be appreciated.
