Task Scheduler Error

When creating any scheduled task in XP, I get the
following error every time:

The task has been created, but may not run because the
account information could not be set.
The specific error is:
0x8009000f: Object already exists.

I can not find any reference to this error in the
knowledgebase. Any insight would be appreciated.
