Task Pane

Where can I find the task pane in Microsoft Word 2007. I opened a template in
the under newsletters. On the first page it says "you can also find in the
article in the ask Pane titled 'Creating a Newsletter.' " Where can I find
it?
 
Some templates have template-specific task panes. There is no task pane in
Word itself called "Creating a Newsletter," and I have no idea how to open a
specific task pane that's been created as part of a template. Do you have an
Add-Ins tab on the Ribbon when you have this template open? If so, I'd
suggest you look there for a button that might open the task pane.
