I have the same problem, I am now wondering if it is off to the side somewhere, moved out of our view, and it just needs to be reset location wise. even when i have tracked down the taskman.exe and click on it, it will not open, or I cannot see it, and there is no hourglass seeming like its going anythign when I click on it, I am confused by this
