Hi,

Of course. If yours does not open when you hit ctrl+shift+escape or
ctrl+alt+delete, then you likely are infected with a virus. Many bugs
disable the system tools to make it harder for you to remove them. While you
clean up, you can use the emergency tools described here:

You may also open the Task Manager by right clicking on the Taskbar and
choosing Task Manager.
