Windows XP system. I log in as "tom". If I get locked up in a program,
CTL,ALT,DEL doesn't give the task manager in a regular view so I can kill a
job. Instead, I get an activity bar graph (in black and green) with no
buttons to resize or see a menu from. I can kill this by right clicking the
icon in the task bar and closing.

If I log in as someone else, I don't have a problem.

How can I reset this for the one user?
thanks.

Greetings --

You're running Task Manager in "Small Footprint Mode." Simply
double-click anywhere along the top or side borders to return to a
normal view. Alternatively, pressing <Ctrl>+<Tab> will allow you to
cycle between the various displays, and <Alt>+<F4> will close it.
