There have been several suggestions to using Task Manager to start a
procedure to delete undeletables. Sorry, but I have looked for Task Manager
and I am still in the dark. Where do I find Task Manager?

If you mean you need open the task manager to make sure that "winmail.exe"
is not running, you press the Ctrl+Shift+Esc buttons all together.

If it's running then you should find it near the bottom of that list,
alphabetically.

Dee,

Hold down the control and alt keys and then push the delete key and task
manager will come up.

Let me know what happens.

Not in Vista, it's Ctrl + Shift + Esc now.

One of the choices from Ctrl-Alt-Delete is "Start Task Manager"
Or, use Ctrl-Shift-Esc.
Or, right click the Taskbar and choose Task Manager.

Three different ways to get it. Take your pick.

Dee,

Give your computer the "three finger salute" which is holding down the
control and alt key and striking the delete key. Up will come Task Manager.
It is the bottom one on the list.

Good luck and let me know what happens.
