a) ctrl+shift+escape
b) right click the taskbar, choose Task Manager
c) click start/run or hit winkey+r, type taskmgr and click ok

Right click on the task bar and select it. Or open it in the programs
listing, right click on it and add it to the Quick Launch

Pressing CTRL, SHIFT, and ESC at the sime time will immediately open task
manager.

start button in search type taskmgr right click when it appears in tasks
box and select add to quick launch
