Hi !

Make sure your computer is 100 % malware free.

First just to make sure ,scan with

Ad-Aware SE Personal
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware

Panda Software free Active Scan
http://www.activescan.com

If you have malware ,goto my site and perform these fast malware removal
instructions
http://free.hit.bg/fightmalware/fast_MRI.htm

When you are ready with scanning, take your Windows CD with you received when
you bought your Windows (or if OEM ,your Win CD which you received when you
bought your computer).Then
Start - Turn off ...- Restart
and immediately insert the Win CD in the computer.

So when you reboot you'll boot either manually or automatically from the
CD.Follow CAREFULLY the instructions and do a repair install of your Windows
WITHOUT deleting(formating) the hard drive.

Good luck !
