How can I find out what each running process is? In particular vsmon.exe
Also - Excellent site - I find it invaluable - Thankyou!

Search on it. Theres these cool things called search engines, google
being the first one that should come to mind.

vsmon.exe is part of Zonealarm Firewall, try using google or another search
engine if you want to find out about 'stuff'.

I like to use Process Explorer which is free from SysInternals. Almost all
legitimate processes that track back to an executable will have a publisher
name associated with it and that can usually help you determine what the
process is for and if the executable is digitally signed or not. As others
have suggested searching on Google will also usually find you information
about a legitimate process. --- Steve
