The Task Manager was disable accidently, or by some unknown reason.
Right click on the task bar menu, shows the Task Manager as inactive and
does not responds. When entering "ctrl, alt & del" I get a message. Task
Manager disable by Administrator. does some one knwos how to correct my
problem?

I found that many people has the problem and the same question and a number
of fine "gurus" had the downloads to cure the problem. I thank you all of you
for helping so many lost sould out there.
 
Often its disabled by malware (spyware, adware, virus files) in order to make it more difficult for you to rid yourself of the infection.
