Task manager

Hello,
My computer seems to be running very slow.
If I press control,alt,delete, task manager pops up and
there are many many programs running. Could this be the
cause of the slowness of my computer? I wanted to click
on "end task" but wasnt sure if it was going to cause any
problems with my computer.

Do you have any kind of antivirus software installed
along with spyware detectors? If not, I suggest that you
do so or expect the slowness to continue. You can go to
these sites to download the spyware detectors.

As far as antivirus is concerned I recommend Mcafee.

You can end task,worst thing that could happen is it'll

restart,shut off,somethings may not work.Sounds like you
have spyware though,try ad-aware,it's free from
