From time to time a program freezes. I do the tasker
manager thing and I notice 2 of the same program icons
with a "not responding" - I choose end task, which takes
me to the send error dialog box. Whichever one I choose,
I can't get out of the program without restarting.

Any ideas?

1) A program that is very busy will show "not responding." As soon as it
gets far enough along in its task where it can accept more data, "not
responding" will disappear.

2) A truly crashed program will show "not responding" too.

3) The error report data sent to Online Crash Analysis will help for future
fixes from MS for windows problems and some app compatibility issues; from
program vendors if they use the info collected by OCA. It will not help to
resolve the current problem immediately. What program is freezing? Have you
checked its online tech support documents for suggestions on how to fix.
