When I hit CTRL+ALT+DEL I get an error message that
reads, "Task Manager has been disabled by your
administrator." A) how did this happen and B) how do you
fix it? Thanks in advance!

Hi:

To enable Taskmanager:
In Start\Run\gpedit.msc\User Settings\Management Templates\System\
ctrl+alt+del Options\Remove Taskmanager\set to Not Configured.

If no one else has access to your computer it's likely the Taskmanager has
been disabled by a virus or some other parasite, If other tools like for
example the Registry Editor have been disabled, it's likely your computer is
infected.... update your anti-virus, and run multiple scans in case one does
not find and delete the infection.

There are online scans available at:
