Task Manager

When I try to turn on the task manager it pops up for a
second or two then dissapears. I scaned my computer for
virus' and there was nothing there. I also tried
repairing windows and that didn't change anything.

You may have some spyware running that is killing it. Try running ad-aware
(www.lavasoft.com) and see if it can locate the culprit.
