Task Manager

My taskmanager only has one view. There use to be three
tabs, now I only have one window which allows me to end
tasks. The Process and Performance Tabs are missing. The
the border around the taskmanager is gone. Tho close the
window I have to right click the icon in the lower right
hand corner, use the pop-up menu and select close. What's
the problem, anyone?

Double click in the gray area and the controls are back.
