task manager w/t possible gamespy bug

while playing baldur's gate 2 tob in gamespy it
crashed. I cont+alt+delete'd and ran the task manager, so
as to end the task, which had locked up. When I clicked
on the applilcations tab on the task manager, *all* the
tabs disappeared! Now whenever I open the task manager,
the only information I get is the cpu and memory usage.
No tabs or any such thing, I am now unable to shut down
locked programs through the task manager... I would hope
there was a quick fix for this, I'd hate to lose any
data...

Double-click on the Task Manager grey window border.
