When I run taskmanager, there are no tabs, applications, processes or
performance. Also there is no file, options, view, window or help options on
the main toolbar. It is simply a frame with the tasks in it. It can only be
closed by the task bar down by the clock by right mouse, close.

Any ideas on how to restore it to a normal condition? I tried looking for
right mouse menu options but nothing. I will logon to another user and see if
the features are still available there. Thanks for any suggestions.
