Task Manager Tabs have disappeared!

When I Control-Alt-Delete, I no longer have the tabs at the top of the Task manager window. No applications, no processes, etc. I have Task and Status fields at the top, surrounded by a blank border. I do, however have a New Task button at the bottom

Does anybody have any suggestions on how to restore the normal tabs??

Thanks in advance for your time and input..

Just double click the greyish colored border between the
edge and the white box in which the information appears

Greetings --

You're running Task Manager in "Small Footprint Mode." Simply
double-click anywhere along the top or side borders to return to a
normal view. Alternatively, pressing <Ctrl>+<Tab> will allow you to
cycle between the various displays, and <Alt>+<F4> will close it.
