task manager screw up!!

I get messages on my screen while set up is just about
completing, thatTLXSPAND.dll needs to be removed from my
registry, or re-entered, also, another message that
c\windows\sys32\sndcompat.exe is in the same state, I
found out that these items were deleted from taskmanager,
and have no clue how to retreive, my sys restore wont go
back far enough to correct, please advise, thank you

sndcompat.exe is a trojan!

A google search of TLXSPAND.dll indicates a problem exits with your McAfee
Virus scanner.
