Task Manager (processes)

I'm a newbie to this so I wasn't sure where to post this &
hope its in the correct place.

Whwnever i open win task mgr. under processes these
following things are there & when I try to end process it
says Operation can't be completed. A device attached to
the system is not functiioning.
AVENGINE.EXE
Pavsrv51.exe
PavPrsrv.exe
apvxdwin.exe Can anyone tell me what these are? How to
fix or end them?

From a search on each filename using Google, they appear to be
processes associated with Panda Titanium Antivirus software.
How to fix or end them?

Are you sure you know what you are doing?

They are part of Panda Antivirus. I don't know what you mean by "FIX".
If your Panda Antivirus doesn't work, reinstall it.
If you want to remove it, use Add or Remove Programs in Control Panel to
uninstall it.

didn't know they were part of my panda antivirus and just
wasn't sure if they were susposed to be there / like that.
And since my cpu is running 100 % alot of times i thought
that may be the problem. Thx again all : )
