Task Manager problem

When opening Task Manager, I can no longer obtain access to
the tabs or even close the window without pressing Alt+F4.
I have suspicions that I may have received a worm because
my Microsoft Word is now activating very slowly, but my
Norton Antivirus isn't reporting any problems.
Unfortunately, I believe that my problems started occurring
after I shut Norton Antivirus down temporarily to install
Visual SourceSafe 6.0 (it wouldn't install correctly before
that), and I neglected to turn it back on again until the
following day when I remembered it was off.

Please contact me at (e-mail address removed) if you have any
suggestions. Thank you!

Open Task Manager and double-click anywhere on the top Window border.
Somehow, you managed to convert Task Manager to run in "Tiny Footprint Mode".
