Where can I get more detailed information on the CPU
graph (green) and the Kernel Times graph (red) in the
Performance section of the Task Manager? Thanks.

Well - CPU is total use by System and Applications so everything that
shows on the Processes page *except* System Idle; Kernel time is that
used by the central system core, as opposed to Services - the System
item
