Task Manager - need help

Help,
I was infected by a program called Brave Sentry. I've gotten rid of brave
sentry but it left my task manager disabled and I cannot figure out out to
enable it again.

Even if I try to execute taskmgr.exe it says that the administrator has
diabled it. I'm signed on as administrator but cannot find any way to enable
it. Any help would be appreciated.
