Task Manager missing menu !!!!!!!!!!

My taskbar is missing it's title bar and menu - the box is there but that is all !!!
I have no idea what has happened or how to fix it!!!!
Anything that u could help me with would be greatly appreciated
 
Hi Passionpop,

Chances are your Task Manager is in what is called "Tiny Footprint" mode.
Double-click anywhere in the border area of the box and the title bar and
menu tabs should return.

If you mean task manager...open task manager and double click on the
border to get the tabs back.

What is "Tiny Footprint" mode and what could have caused it - and how may I avoid it from occuring again ?
My son (10) was on the computer when this occured. Was there maybe something that he had done for this to occur ?

You're very welcome for the help! :-)

Tiny Footprint mode doesn't display the menu bar and tabs.........that's
about it for a description of it. It may have been caused by the same thing
that you did to restore the menu bar and tabs.....double-click on the border
area (for example, try double-clicking in the blank border area beside the
Users tab).

I can't believe I came to a discussion board and actually found exactly the
answer to my problem.
