J Jeremy Jevtic Oct 3, 2003 #2 If your CPU's support hyper-threading you will have a total of 4 cpu's shown in task manager.. 2 physical cpus.. 4 logical cpu's Hyper threading allows 1 cpu to act as 2 for the o/s I have noticed the same thing for our Compaq ML350 it has dual xeon 2.8GHz's cpu's but it looks like 4.. don't worry about it everything is fine.
