Win 98 has a task manager that would schedule disk-clean, defrag etc.
I can't find it on XP, it has a scheduling wizard that I tried, but then
could not perform the task because of incorrect password or user name. Do I
have to use a password?

Scheduled Tasks by default wont run without a password.
