Task Manager bug

I no longer have the ability to access my Processes
column in Task manager. All the tabs for it are
missing. I'm trying to delete an ANNOYING program called
Look2Me and one of the files is currently running (thus I
can't delete it). Is there a way to restore my tabs?
Also, is there a way to remove things that don't show up
in the processes (like trojan horses)?

Thanks.

Open Task Manager and double-click anywhere on the top Window border.
Somehow, you managed to convert Task Manager to run in "Tiny Footprint Mode".
