Task Launcher

I'm having problems with Task Launcher. When I go to Tasks, the options to
create greeting cards, labels, letterhead, etc.. is missing. Can anyone

Nope because I, for one, don't have a clue what you're on about. XP doesn't
have any native facility to create any of the things you mentioned. Suggest
you contact your system manufacturer as that will be software they
installed. MS does not, will not and cannot assist with OEM installations.
