task bar

while working on a task the taskname didn't appear on the
task bar. As a result while the tasks is completed. still
running. because the minimised task didn't show on the
task bar. Please help! I have try everything. How do I go
about to bring back working task on the task bar, while i
am working. All the other icons are shown on the task bar,
except the tasks.
