TASK BAR!!??

Can any one tell me why doesnt the task bar is defaultly
true.. some times in folders i have to go to view and
then select from there same with the IE.. is there any
way u can change the setings or something.... 98 was so
best..

I haven't the foggiest idea what in Hades name you're blathering on about.
Please visit link three in my signature to learn how to post the newsgroups
properly and effectively.
 
You could try this, open a folder\window and set it the
way you like, then go to "Tools" then "Folder Option"
Click on the "Veiw" tab and click "Apply to all folders"

Is English a second or third language for you? If so, may I
suggest that you try posting your question in a news group dedicated
to your native language? I say this not to insult or offend, but
rather to point out that you're not likely to get much help, if no one
can understand what you're saying.

Otherwise, I'd suggest you start by reposting in standard English,
complete with paragraphs, sentences, capital letters where
appropriate, and punctuation. As it is, your post is undecipherable:
some of the words used are from the English language, but are almost
completely meaningless as currently assembled.
