How do I change what is displayed on the little box on the task bar on the
bottom of the screen. You know if you are on the MSN site it says MSN etc. I
want to change what is says on mine.
 
At the bottom of what screen? IE doesn't say MSN at the bottom of the screen
when I'm at MSN.com
 
You change the <title> element of the page being browsed. The Task Bar
buttons text reflects the text shown in the IE browser title bar (at the top
of the browser), and this is the page <title> element (suitable cut down to
fit.
 
That long thing that has "Start" button on one end, and a clock on the
other - the Windows task bar. I assume that is what he means.
