Task Bar Stops Responding

Has anyone ever had issues with their Task Bar and Start
Menu begin to stop responding? I'm running Windows XP,
and occassionally I will not be able to use my task bar
or Start Menu. A reboot normall fixes the problem, but
not always.

Hi Jason,
I have been having a similar problem but mine is only
when I log onto the internet. My taskbar freezes and I am
left with the hourglass. If I disconnect and restart its
ok till I go on the net again. Have you fixed your
problem yet?

CntrlAltDel to open the task manager and kill explorer.exe in
the processes tab then run explorer.exe from the file/new task
run menu will fix it without rebooting
