This spyware does not automatically start up when my
computer does. How do I get it to start-up
utomatically. When I start it manually it will minimize,
but it does not minimize to my task bar (to the bottom
right) but instead it stay on the bigger task bar.

OK, you want spyware to start up with your system. I think I have heard it
all now. :-s

Assuming he wants anti-spyware to load at startup here. At this time a user
must be logged in to have the application launch. This is because
antispyware is not loaded as a service, but as a user application.

But the point is once you have real time protection enabled, it is basically
starting up with your system in the system tray. Just right click the MSAS
icon in System Tray > Security Agent Status > Enable Real time protection.
