Task Bar Question

I don't remember when it changed but My Taskmanager is missing the tabs on top.
Is there a simple way to restore the tabs to the top of the taskmanager?
I know they were there at one time...
I am running WIN XP PRO Sp2

Yes. You're running in what's called "Small Footprint Mode." To change back
and forth from this mode to regular mode, just double-click on the border.
 
Open Task Manager and double-click anywhere on the top Window border.
Somehow, you managed to convert Task Manager to run in "Tiny Footprint Mode".
