Try clicking in some of the blank space on the quick launch bar and dragging
it back to the left

You should be able to move the divider bar that you have "This cannot be
moved" pointing to. You should get a double headed array <---> when you
hover over it. You can then grab it and drag it all the way to the right,
and it will jump to the other side of your application buttons. If this
doesn't work, try raising the height of the task bar one level, arranging
the things the right way with the additional area you'll have to get the
<---> and then re-size the vertical height back to normal.

David,

The left end of the quick launch bar is a handle. When you place the mouse on it,
there is double arrrow. Click on it, and drag it to the left, and it will go right
over there, even if you have programs open.

should be...

Try closing all programs in your task bar and then start
move all the program icons form left to right by dragging
the box lines (beside the first program icon) to the left.

Right Click the taskbar and uncheck the "Lock Taskbar"
selection. This should allow you to resize and rearrange
the taskbar.

You should be able to just slide the one by the start
button to the right.. just move your mouse over it until
you see the left-right arrow and then move your mouse to
the right.. the bar won't actually move until you have
moved your mouse quite some distance to the right

.

Try right clicking in the grey space with no icons and
check/uncheck the list of taskbars to put them on/off, you
may be able to re-order them in the proper order.
