Task bar not at bottom of screen

If you have your task bar on the right side of the desktop
then all the anoucements Scroll to the top of the screen
then back to the bottom a bug I would think.
 
Definitely a bug, and known and on the road to being fixed--thanks!

(happens left or right, but not top nor bottom.)
