task bar items

Is there a setting which will force Vista to always stack similar task bar
objects?
For instance, when I am opening different folders in Outlook, Vista will
start laying out each folder individually on the task bar. Then, when some
magic number of Outlook items is reached, Vista will finally stack Outlook
objects.

Can I reduce the magic number or, ideally, set Vista to always stack?
