In my taskbar, I'm now getting the vertical spinner buttons to the right
of a single short window which is just to the right of the 'Start'
button. If I go into the 'Control Panel' and select or deselect 'Group
similar taskbar buttons' all I get is either a number or no number (to
the right and within that taskbar window) but still I have to use the
vertical spinner buttons to scroll through active windows.

How do I get the windows to span horizontally across the taskbar until
they populate the whole middle taskbar area again?

Many thanks,

Richard Brooks.

Thanks Elmo! I've loaded that script so I shall see if it works.

I was about to reply in here that I got rid of it by stopping the
multi-language support. It seems that the recessed button with blue
letter language notifier also wanted to contain the list of webpages
within itself.

Silly XP!
