I couldn't use the reply for some reason.

I downloaded Spawn but when the window opens up it's like a web page. I just want a small window to open up when the picture is double clicked with the only option being able to close it.

i had done it on 2002 and now I can't replicate it on 2002 or 2003

ANy other ideas?

I am wondering if using XP makes a difference in the way that the finished product acts?

Any ideas on this?

You have to set the size for the popup windows in the Spawn dialog. Also if
you want to include text on the page with the photo, such as click here to
close this window, each large photo must be inserted into it own page, and
then link from the thumbnail image change to point to the actual page with
large image.

Pam,

If you have FrontPage 2003 you might want to look into "Layers"....
Then use the hidden feature to hide that layer until the pic is clicked on
(Behaviors) then the layer becomes visible..

One of the nice new features in FrontPage 2003....

Here is a site that has a tutorial on how to use it to make menu's..
http://www.roksteady.net/fpmenu/

Also here is a FrontPage 2003 Demo
http://www.microsoft.com/office/frontpage/prodinfo/demo.mspx

All kinds of KOOL ideas.... (done in "Flash")

Just some thoughts...

The layer/behavior idea sounds good.

But I don't see alot of written info on how to do it?

Any ideas where to go?

Other than the two URL's in the last post I can't help you...

The Tutorial, on the menu, there isn't much.. BUT after trying to make that
menu I found that all of what he did was not necessary.. (don't need the
Pic's) for one... It did give me a much better idea of what can be done..
(now if the world would just up-grade their browsers.. Ha hahaha)

After doing that (and Posting) I came across this...

Note: Most Behaviors work with Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or later,
and Netscape Navigator 4.0 or later. Some Behaviors, such as Check Plug-in,
Change Property, and Control Flash, require Internet Explorer 5 or later,
and Netscape Navigator 6.0 or later.
