It always make IE pop up some other web sites when you open the one you want
to. And it is located in C:\progam files\netmeting\
Normal measures can not remove it or disable it!
I hope anti-spyware get rid of it, but it can not do it now.

Do you see it listed in the system explorers? Can you block it using those
system explorers?

The reason why it is called "super AD plug-in" is because that you can not
bloack it in your IE. If your try to deactivate it, it will re-activate
itself automatically within no more than 1 second. Therefor, it is SUPER!
And Ms-antispyware is far from satisfactory. too.

Now, I have solved this problem by myself.
I entered the safe mode with command line of Xp, and deleted the directory
c:\program files\netmeting\, then it turned to be noraml

If you have a sample of this binary, I can get it to Microsoft for analysis.
