J John John May 23, 2006 #2 Windows 2000 shipped with TAPI 3.0. Windows XP ships with TAPI 3.1. As far as I know TAPI 3.1 is not compatible with Windows 2000, to install it on Windows 2000 would require the files to be hacked and copied from Windows XP. John
