Sorry my english. I am looking for driver for IBM DDS/4 Internal Tape
Drive 20/40GB.

I don't think you need an extra driver for this kind of
tape. Have you tried the DAT Driver in Windows 2000? i
think it's HPDAT but it's suppose to work.
