Hi,
I have a survey form that we are going to post on our Inranet. It
dumps the data into a CSV file. The data is text. There are 5
categories, responses to each category are along the lines of: Very
Satisfied, Satisfied, Not Satisfied. I need to be able to produce a
report that will tally how many total respondents there were, how many
VS, S, NS there were both by category and as a total, and once I have
those numbers produce a nice pretty graph.
I have no clue as to how to get Access to tally text fields into
totals for each option. Any help greatly appreciated.
