What a bunch of coconuts they are?
My brother ordered B/B+ Telephone on the 28/07/2009
It will be up and running in 14 days he was told.
The following day he received a welcome letter stating that it will be as advised [14 days]
Huh!
On the 14th Aug he rang to see what was happening as nothing had happened, he was told it had not been processed yet but it will be up and running as of the 17th Aug.
Today 20th Aug. 09>>>>
Nope nothing zilt zero nothing.
So I spoke to them on his behalf.
My how the hell do they survive?
Having being passed to 7 different CS idiots I were still none the wiser as to when the service would be up and running so needless to say I cancelled the order my brother had to clarify the cancellation which he promptly did. TALK TALK me no think so.
