Windows XP Taking Screenshots

Very quick question- how to do it? A guy on AMDZone.com doesnt think my OC is do-able, so am out to prove him wrong. Also need to know how to get screenshots of my BIOS setup, if this is possible :) Thanks
 
That little button above "Insert" and to the right of "Backspace" labelled...

"Print Screen/Sys Req"

Press it!! Then go into MS Paint and paste. You'll have a screenshot to save as a JPG or a BMP

Note: Alt + PRT SCR screenshots JUST the active window, no start menu or other windows etc...
 
Ah! ok.... Coz it was a "print screen" command, thought it would actually print the snapshot.... Thanks :) again :)
 
Yeah it's only windows based as it copies to the clipboard within the O/s and pastes as an image... Something BIOS is not capable of!
