Taking away tool bar and spinny thing

Hi, This may be the right department to post in for a
question like this. As you can see, I want to perminetaly
take away the tool bar (File, edit, view, favorite, ect)
and the icon of the Windows symbol that spins around when
surfing the web.

I'm certain that there's no key of registry to do this.
Try to use some tools like "eXeScope" or "ResourceHacker" to edit the *.dll
or *.exe of IE.

That's Great!
But in my opinion,it takes a very long time to do and may not effect.
