Taking a Long Time Saving Movies

Hello everyone,
Recently I have been downloading and converting files from Youtube in 2 - 3
parts, and making them into one file by using WMM. Up until now its only been
taking about 15-30 min to create one movie, but right now when I go to save
as movie file it shows movie will be completed in about 115 or so minutes,
ugh. Each file I'm trying to make is approximately 21-23 min in length.

Here is my system Specs: WINXP SP2, 512 MB Ram, 2.3 Celeron, 80 GB HDD (30
GB free). If there is anything else you would like to know please feel free
to ask.

Maybe some maintenance on your system
could help...deleting temp files, defragging, etc...
Also more RAM would be a good idea.
