B Bernard Liengme May 22, 2007 #3 Select all the cells Use the Copy command With all cells still selected, use Edit |Print Special and specify Values Suggest you save the file fist under a new name in case you change your mind! best wishes

G Guest May 22, 2007 #5 Yes, this works, however I have about 20 different price sheet that are formatted in a specific way (colour, fonds, highlights). I am loosing all my formatting this way. ED
